Kelora House of Fashion is proud to deliver thoughtfully designed African fashion to customers in Nigeria and selected international destinations.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [2–5] business days after payment is confirmed. During collection launches, promotional periods, and public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Made-to-order, customised, or preorder pieces may require additional production time. Where this applies, the estimated timeline will be clearly stated on the product page or communicated after purchase.

Delivery destinations and estimates

We currently ship to Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Nigeria: [2–5] business days

• United States: [5–10] business days

• United Kingdom: [5–10] business days

• Canada: [5–10] business days

• Other international destinations: [7–14] business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, and courier delays may affect delivery.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs, including any free-shipping offer, are shown at checkout.

Where Kelora offers free shipping, the applicable destination, minimum order value, and service level will be stated at checkout or on the relevant product page.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Customs, duties, and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Kelora is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
